If a message goes missing after your reinstall the app, it’s not the aftereffect of uninstalling the app. The person might have pulled it back using the Unsend feature on Instagram. I uninstalled Instagram on my iPhone X last week and I still get daily notifications from the app saying people posted a photo or liked my post. I re-installed it, logged out, then uninstalled it and it continued. I don't want to restore my phone unless that's my only option. Please help me out. Dec 06, 2019 Click next to the app that you want to delete, then click Delete to confirm. The app is deleted immediately. Apps that don't show either didn't come from the App Store or are required by your Mac. To delete an app that didn't come from the App Store, use the Finder instead.
Thus, I build a new alert system to send push notification to my users, if they installed my app. After register their phone number, their SMS Alert will be switched into new alert system. Problem is some old school users prefer SMS rather than push notification. They download the app. Just select Facebook on the left and press - to delete the feed. After a reboot, you might try adding Facebook again and see if it's not sending notifications, but you might have to choose to remove that account if there is a bug in the controls. You're doing the correct steps in Notification center controls AFAIK. – bmike ♦ Mar 2 '13 at 23:12.

So I disabled that: How to Disable System Integrity Protection on a Mac (and Why You Shouldn’t)
After the restart it worked I was able to type in the command. However the killall NotificationCentre command didn't work. So I restarted to enable the System integrity protection but then the notification centre appeared again. So the way to go somehow is through disabling that protection but I don't know how to make the disable permanent for the Not. Centre. Perhaps you can just uninstall the notification centre app in Library/Core services/Notification Centre but I haven't tried that one I kind of rather have it suck my ram. I don't know if uninstalling would work or would do any harm.
